Three luxurious bedrooms, three bathrooms and the spacious glamping tent with its extraordinary ambience offer space for up to fifteen people. The plot of Villa Ostuni One includes a total of  4,500 square meters and is completely fenced.

Luxurious outdoor space

The area of the villa offers you all conceivable advantages to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to fully immerse yourself in a relaxing holiday: An idyllic environment with a rich stock of olive, fig, nut and fruit trees, the spacious pool with sun loungers , lounge area and outdoor shower as well as a furnished terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill. The roof terrace lounge rounds off the stay offer. From here you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

The main house

The main house has a spacious living area with Chimney and smart tv. A workspace with a ALL-IN-ONE PC and second screen as well WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS throughout the facility are also at your disposal.

Also in the main house is the open kitchen with dining area, which is of high quality and comprehensively equipped.

There are two bedrooms in the main house, one with a double bed and one with a double bed walk-in closet, the second with three single beds.

Two more sleeping places can be created in the living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which can be easily converted into a full-fledged double bed with a slatted frame and mattress.

The two bathrooms in the main house both have a shower, bidet and are equipped with a hair dryer and care products such as shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion.

One washing machine, Ironing board and Iron, tools and other household items can be found in the utility room.

 

The guest house

The guest house has one own, lockable entrance and has a separate sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and bidet.

Here, too, the sofa in the living area can be converted into another double bed and thus offers two more sleeping places.

 

The glamping tent

The glamping tent is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, sofa and wood-burning fireplace.

Here, too, the pull-out sofa offers two more beds.
